The data you have above is very worthwhile in the near future.
Before digging into that though, identify the exact Make / Model / Year of your bike and then locate it within Bike Insights if at all possible. Make yourself an account and add this bike to your “Collection”. This makes it super easy to use for pending review against any potential bikes & sizes to see how close you can get to your goal size & fit.
Once you have the above set, then you start searching for any bikes you might consider, adding them to your collection and then doing comparisons. Picking out a handful of dimensions of interest is necessary since there is tons of info. Here are ones I tend to focus on, but more or different ones may be needed depending on your focus.
- Reach & Stack. Creates the basic foundation of fit from the BB to the top of the frame head tube.
- Head Tube & Seat Tube Angles. Head relates closely to potential handling (more with fork below) and Seat Tube relates to saddle layout. Large differences in STA may limit actual saddle placement (also connected to Seat Post Offset, not usually shown in this chart).
- Wheelbase, Front Center & Chainstay. These related to handling with respect to stability and cornering.
- Trail. Combines with Fork offset, length and head tube angle to make a key part of cornering control.
This is all super quick stream during lunch, so I likely need to dive more into each as needed. It may even be best to do a phone call since some is just easier that way vs TONS of typing. ![]()
