What do I need to mount this cassette on a Flux 2 ?

I believe you just need a Tacx XDR freehub body like this one.

I read here that I may need a spacer

One note: If using ERG 100% of the time, you could not bother and just use shimano 10 or 11 speed cassete. It will work fine, and no need to buy xdr freehub for your tacx

Or one of the Sram cassettes that don’t have a 10 tooth cog.

But the mechanical compatibility will not be there, chain length, etc.

It will work if you use ERG.
Look at zwift cog - they have the same principle applied
