Shimano XT SPDs on everything, except my winter bike. They are bomb proof and so are the cleats. Super easy to clean and maintain too.

I’m convinced. Thanks for all the responses. New set of SPD’s are on the way.

Spd on everything. You’re not getting dropped because your shoe/pedal system weighs an extra 50-100g.

It depends. I run SPD on the gravel and the trail bike, SPDSL on the trainerbike and the road bike. I also have winter cycling shoes for SPD pedals, so on sunny but cold days, I change the pedals to SPD on my road bike. Original poster here. Did my first ride on my roadie with my new SPD pedals today. Loving the one shoe for all my bikes life.

Really glad I made the switch.
