If you think my missus and me would get something out of TR and have trial code itād would be much appreciated!
Iāve been using zwift during the lockdown but I find myself staring at the phone app as the screen is usually just a distraction. My missus has just shown an interest too and she really wants basic training not races etc as she is time limited and very unfit. Would TR work well for a total unfit beginner? Are their relaxed starter routines etc based on a lower FTP?
