Obsession with hitting every workout?

For me (not judging anybody else), this is the tipping point. If I skip an hours TR workout, once a week, for my team Saturday Bash, am I losing or missing something?

In my very personally opinion, the resounding response is no. I can get so many other benefits stepping away from the plan. Mental wellbeing is top of that list for me. Yes, I’m fortunate that I have friends to ride with. Breaks my heart to read a couple of comments in this thread that seem to suggest other TR users don’t have that.

That said, I do acknowledge the years of experience (Coach Chads Brain) that have gone into developing TR Plan Builder and I’m never going to tell anyone that my approach is better. I just need that mental reset, once a week. That’s how I keep my TR sessions productive.
