My Average ride power was only 209 on a 49 minute ride. I did a big surge up a short power climb, but how am I getting NP of 312? I feel it might be the formula getting confused by the surge. It was 900W for about 40 seconds which is about 10w/kg. My FTP is 274 Ignore HR, it wasn’t reading right …
