That seems like a solid result unless you were expecting some drastic change. It would be re-assuring to know that the fit you had prior lines up with the software’s analysis.
I think the idea of this is to get you as close to optimal as possible without an in-person fit where more minor tweaks come into play.
Typically if you have knee pain your saddle may be too low, try raising it 2-3mm and see if you have relief.
