Is it just me or is Mt Hale -1 and Mt Hale +1 mixed up?
+1 has 5 min recovery and -1 2 min.
Shouldn’t Mt Hale -1 be the slightly easier version?

Without looking at it I’m assuming that the -1 is a shorter workout? Some sweet spot workouts are like that too. The only difference is the rest between intervals and the overall workout is a little longer

This is pretty weird, I’m going to chat with Chad on this .
For reference, the -1 version is the same in every way (TSS, intensity, kcal) but is harder due to the shorter recoveries valleys.
