Loud sound Kinetic Road Machine Smart

Hello I have a Kinetic road machine smart for less than a year. Before I use to go to a training center with computrainer trainer. I was having my headphone but wife claim it make so much noise that when I train in the basement she can still hear it on the second floor. I use trainerroad in erg mode. Is it normal? I return it to the store and they claim the return it to the distributor but no anwser for the last 60 days. How can I check it ok and repair? Should it be equivalent as a computrainer? I’m lost and not having lbs support. All help is appreciate. Thanks
