Long distance route planning software advice needed

Thanks. The ride was tough as the route I put together was mainly away from main roads. ~Five of us done it together, no real dramas as we took time to plan to plan it all, we completed it in 8 days.

I’ll advise you Strava and Kamoot because I have used it many time…

I’ve used Strava for years. It’s rusty, but their heatmap is the feature that makes it so good.

+1 for Kamoot

(edit) didn’t realise this was an old thread

I’ve used ride with gps a number of times, but beware, it can send you down some sketchy ā€œroadsā€ that when you get there appear to be gravel, dirt, or fenced off. It’s excellent if you stick to main roads, and use the street view feature to check.
In one trip through East to west Slovakia, We went up to a locked quarry (And subsequent 30mile detour), over a locked neighbour hood fence Into farm land, Over a mountain into a ski resort and skirted around lots of farmers fields.

It was fun though.

I think that Strava and Kamoot are the best choices, never had problems with them.
