[image] During a real busy year, I would bring my trainer and bike to work, my son’s swim practices, soccer practices… and train wherever I could find a flat spot. TrainerRoad worked that year. My first triathlon podium on a trusty Trek 1.1.

We don’t have much space to work with, so it’s a bit crammed but it works. C2 erg, C2 SkiErg and a trainer. [image]

TV seems a mite high. Wouldn’t it be better at eye-level? EDIT: Is that a baby monitor? Done some workouts with one of those nearby!

I barely use that tv as I primarily focus on the TR screen (which would usually be set up on my laptop). Yep that’s a baby monitor on an ironing board. All of my training is done during my daughters nap in the afternoon. :+1:t2:

It’s cheap, cheerful, and takes some of the edge off. It isn’t as elegant as many of the other solutions out there, but works for me.

Agreed. Approach did pay off when it came race time.
