LEGS screaming at VO2 intervals

Ditto - VO2 max sucks, but for me it’s always been the shortest point between where I’m at now and a significant boost in aerobic power.

Just did 3 x 6min at 105%. First interval went OK, second interval I had screaming legs 3 mins in and stopped for 30s, third interval screaming legs 2 mins and stopped for 30s. Completed a total of 16 mins at 105% but not with the 6 minute consistency.

I am now eating a sandwich with a Rego chaser :laughing:

ahaha… how about time above >90% of HR… the trick is to focus on HR…dont think of leg pain :wink:

I’m never sure when I’m training my muscles or cardio system, but it was 13:40s in VO2 max. No idea if thats good bad poor, or just 13 mins 40 in VO2max today… :slight_smile:
