But now that I mention it, it is odd that I haven’t had any that I have noticed lately. 
(I lived in fear for a while in light of all the athletes that died of SCD (Sudden Cardiac Death) years ago, and thought that the palpitations I was having were a symptom of that in my future. Yeah, no apparently. They are far more concerned about AFIB and any potential valve issues, and spontaneous hypertrophy likely due to high blood pressure, etc. I had another morning of low heart rate this morning. It is kind of weird, even still, to sense it beating so slow at times. And to hear it speedup a little as I start noticing it and quietly freaking out a little. I let it run for a while, and got that rate up a bit for sure. Don’t worry be happy, right? Ride on!)
