If you can’t use a/c and are really serious about staying cool, rig a CoolShirt or cool suit system.
Have done this for TT warmup on hot days using portable 12v system and it works extremely well.
There are several DIY instruction videos on how to make these water circulating chiller systems.
I don’t expect many (any) of you guys to do this. But it really, really, really works
