From your comments on motion sickness and such in tandem with asymmetry concerns, I think a pure lean action rocker or foam setup might be better for you. Considering the Climb tilt and MP1 fore-aft are in that front to back direction, I suspect that could be a key issue at play.
Asymmetry issues laterally may well be addressed with some lean motion left to right. Locking a bike in the vertical plan like most trainers and smart bikes do eliminates the motion, but also “self selected” angle we likely take on when riding outside. Adding some potential for your bike setup to lean even a bit may be enough to let your body find a lean angle that is more appropriate for you than pure vertical. That and the potential motion that alters saddle pressure during the stroke seem like the best place for improvement from what I read.
