Agree with DaveWh. Easier to work with the actual power readings. You would otherwise have to get the training session exported to a file to be read by the Arduino. In fit/tcx format. There are a bunch of libraries available that you could get your hands dirty with if you want to try programming your own. Arduino Libs Maybe I’ll give this a go someday.
