Garmin watch yards and meters

Hello!

I mainly swim in a 25m pool- but one pool I use is in Freedom Units (yards). Does anyone know how I can get the pace for that pool to display in meters, not yards, in order to compare to my other swims? I know I can manually convert but this is 2026 so I’m not going to do that.

(I know how to change the pool length etc)

Wouldn’t it just be a case of setting that pool length in meters rather than yards? So say 22.86 meters rather than 25 yards, or whatever?
