It seems you’ve had way more issues than I’ve experienced, but when I bought these batteries it changed the whole situation. They fit much better, replaces the need for two batteries in each side and don’t have to worry about baby oil or whatever to keep them connected. I was having dropouts regularly until I got these, which have stayed connected. I’m not sure if something that simple would help, but it’s worth a shot.
Already using those batteries (first ride with them last night).
Also using the new updated doors and 4 pronged circuit board instead of the H style, and used mineral oil on the contacts.

Update: Garmin is going to send a set of replacement pedals. I will hand it to them for good customer service, but this is frustrating especially because I came from a set of bombproof Vector 2.
