Haha thank you! Some of the analogies seemed to suggest that Vo2 did not actually help cycling performanceā¦but just made other types of training more beneficial to performance somehow.

Itās probably more a matter of that theyāve decided the VO2max work isnāt worth the pain.

I had 4x15 min Over / Unders this AMā¦it was not fun.
Iād rather switch to crochet than attempt thatā¦

Iām generally a good O/U riderā¦for me it is similar to being a fast paceline. Dunno if I just had tired legs today or what, but the last 15 min set was tough.
