Not really a bug, but a UX problem, and a minor one at that.
I tried editing some workouts on my calendar and saw that I can finally change the Ride type to an outdoor ride in the app! This is a huge quality of life improvement. But then I opened a different workout and the UI element for changing the ride type was completely missing.
First I thought this was a bug, but then I realized it’s obviously because the other workout doesn’t have an outdoor option yet (these workouts are from the experimental polarized plan).
So no outdoor workout option → no UI element to change workout type. Sounds reasonable in hindsight, but it would be nice to have it look the same as the web calendar, where it explicitly says “No Outside Option.” Especially since other than that the two UIs look very similar.
