Current state of smart bikes

Yes the after sales are really good. I’m also in the UK and have had to get in touch with them a couple of times and everytime I’ve been impressed.

Eg the seatpost adjustment clamp can break easily if you adjust it a lot or have multiple users and I’ve broken mine twice but they had an engineer round to fix it within a few days (and that was during lockdowns) and once he even looked at some other stuff for me and gave it a little service. I know that sounds bad in that I had to do that but it is the only trouble Ive had and honestly you don’t even need the clamp as underneath is just an 11mm nut which is easier to use.

I did have initial issue when I originally had a V1 Atom and I think talked about it on this forum but they upgraded me to the V2 and all has been well since.

I ended up buying a wahoo kickr bike today. I found one locally that somebody was trying to sell after riding it twice and was able to pick it up for $2200. If I was buying retail, I don’t think I would have bought the wahoo, but for the price it seemed like too good of a deal to pass up.
