I’ve owned 2no. Neo 2’s. Both of which failed. The first failed soon after purchase when it physically seized and the second failed at around 6 months old by overheating when both internal fans failed, losing all resistance. Both Neo 2’s were returned for full refunds and I now own a Wahoo Kickr which so far has proven very reliable. It’s quieter than the Neo 2.
