I train in my basement with no WiFi-coverage. Now I’m not able to open the app while offline, it’s just stuck on the loading screen with the text “preparing to make you faster”.
I’ve never struggled with this before. Anyone else experience the same? Happened on both of my computers, one running Windows 10 and the other running Windows 11.
I’ve been away from my parents garage for a few months but I’d start the laptop/app in the house where I had wifi before heading to the garage. I don’t know if was 100% needed but it just opened faster that way
I’d check in with the team at firstname.lastname@example.org. It may be that after an update, you need to initially connect to WiFi to sync and load workouts. The team will be happy to lend a hand!
