I noticed they moved from a single purchase price to a monthly subscription that includes the hardware. I’ve been using HRV4Training and I’ve been finding it very useful so far, so I’m curious if anyone out there is using Whoop.

Sounds like a good opportunity for you to see how responsive support is.

Guess I could have just logged in to the website and looked. As soon as I log in “Your membership does not begin until you connect your whoop strap and complete your profile in the app” Good to know they aren’t going to screw me out of 2 months at least.

I recently got a 3 (they are sending me a 4 free of charge) and your membership starts the moment you sync it for the first time, not before

0 issues. Maybe remove the device from Bluetooth?

I had one problem a long while ago, where it lost connection. The only way to restore it was to first let the band run completely out of battery - so took a few days. This was advised by support.

Has anyone received their Whoop 4.0 yet? If so, care to comment on how it compares to the 3.0?

I think they are due to ship as from tomorrow. I am waiting for DC Rainmaker’s review before I commit to XX months. Have my 3.0 on a month by month atm.

Very curious if the 4.0 will do more continuous HRV monitoring during sleep

I also had this problem with whoop and iphone and just had to go to bluetooth settings and do “forget this device” for whoop and then pair it again and after that everything is fine
