Am i too old to keep building?

10 - 11 hours 700-900 tss (before) (some bigger weeks, here and there, some smaller of course). Mostly outside, the z2 stuff I might do on the trainer indoors. It’s a mixed bag, some very hard days, some racy days, some slower chill days, some mixed. Basically unstructured.

5-6.5 hours 400 - 500 tss. (mid volume now) so, sort of, light, threshold, ss, rest, threshold, ss, rest…) something like that.
