So I had one question resolve itself last night, whether the FTP Prediction (beta) would update itself over the course of 28 days, and after struggling to finish a workout, it did in fact lower its prediction for me from 3.1% estimated increase to 1.5% (cool! not cool!). So now my question is, what can I do to get that back on target, and increase the prediction with the remaining 16 workouts this month?
In my experience nailing consistency and actually completing the prescribed intervals matters more than pushing extra hard. Once I focused on good recovery and finishing workouts cleanly, the prediction slowly climbed back up.
