Use to ride my bike a lot, somehow fell out of love with it, and it with me. 9 years later and I am back! ( not in the beautiful mountains of South Africa, but in my basement in Central London )
Doing as much riding as my body can handle with the amount of rest and recovery I can squeeze in.
Pushing myself to see what I can handle… and then maybe just maybe getting back into competitive racing… lets see.
