61 year-old male. Long racing background; road, MTB, track, coaching. Life resulted in 15 years off the bike but I returned in mid-2017 by commuting to work on a Brompton folding bike. The Brompton and my son rekindled my love of cycling and my schedule now allowed me to train again. New technology provides fantastic tools and feel fortunate to be back in the saddle.
