And triangle of Awesomeness. If I’d have listened to Lee McCormack (Lee likes bikes) when I bought my first mtb at age 46, I could have avoided alot of injury time.
After listening to the recent podcast I’m saving up for an Enduro bike. Age 53.

to this group of grandpa’s, haha I kid I kid!!! I’d love to hear what recommendations you’d add to this blog I posted so that we can continue to encourage more master’s aged cyclists to get after it and race/train/compete/ride at their best!
