In Ray’s review the gen2 RTL510, the comment section has reports that light-off / radar-on is working just search for #144, #147, #149, #151, and with enough evidence I stopped looking at that point.
It would be odd if gen3 515 didn’t support light-off / radar-on via Light Network menu (or Connect IQ app), but stranger things have been known to happen.
