Attention Race organizers- This is not rocket science…
Add a “Pro” category. You’ve got your regular Male/Female age categories, now just add a “pro” male, and “pro” female category and there you go.
To add to this if you’re not a pro and you woulda placed in the “pro” category then you should get whatever purse or payout your time slots in to within the pro category.
I wonder if the Pro would be pissed that some random Joe took his purse because he would have been on the podium as a pro, that’d be great!
I am all for these pros hitting the popular gravel events, adds a bit more prestige to some already great events.
