All of what you say is correct, but you seem to have missed the main point:
If I just put a suspension fork on my gravel bike, I don’t get a new bike…
On a serious note. Your set up looks amazing!
My gravel set up is pretty weight focused, too though, and I use it relatively frequently for gravel racing.
The quick disconnect with no need to bleed looks great though. I’ll have a look into that.
I‘m putting that on the list of possibilities, too…
