I ride a Orca from 2012-13 as my main ride. it has a pressfit BB30 and I has never caused a problem for me. No annoying sounds at all. In general I’ve had no issues with the frame/fork. The SRAM red groupset is in constant need of fine tuning though… When it was brand new there was a tendency for the Aero seatpost to slip down, but that solved itself with normal wear.
EDIT: I should say that back then they had a three tier system of carbon build quality(bronze, silver, gold) Mine is a Orbea orca Silver. so not even their top-shelf offering
