Hi All,
Coming from Zwift and tried their 4 week FTP Booster and was expecting to “boost” my FTP. Initial FTP test was 175, trained for 4 weeks and end FTP test was 177. Do feel stronger than when I started but just seems like it’s improved my peddling.
Heard a lot of good things about TR and was wondering if anyone has a trial code to share so I can see what the hype is all about.
