I chatted with Ming from our Development Support Team and he has made an issue for this 
.
We have to be a bit careful about how we choose to address this issue because the purpose of the Devices Tab is to help you do everything that is needed to pair your Devices. For many people, Bluetooth is an important step of this process. To make the window disappear after it is dismissed could be troublesome and potentially confusing for users who “click through” the pop-up without reading it.
This issue will be a fairly low priority for us, and I can’t make any promises that it will be fixed, but we have logged an issue internally and we may be able to address this during the mobile application re-vamp. For now, I would recommend either granting location permission, or disabling Bluetooth when using TR if you would like to eliminate the persistent text box.
Sorry I don’t have a more elegant solution for you at the moment.
