Check out Justin Burls in the UK. He’s a steel frame builder but gets his designed Ti frames made in Russia by ex Submarine engineers, the same guys that made the Colnago Titanio in 2000.
He made my custom Ti frame 7 years ago, beautifully made and 1320g in weight. See post #1 for a photo.
