Has anyone received information on the deferral option that is supposed to be active beginning today?

I know the email said all options will be available today, just want to make sure I’m not missing something as I don’t see anything yet.

“All decisions will be available to submit through your RunSignUp registration on Monday, May 18, 2020.”
