Wrong information in TrainerRoad articles

Not sure where to send this, so posting here. Wrong information in protein article:

Post-workout protein: Traditionally, a 4:1 ratio of protein to carbs has been recommended for this purpose

It should say of carbs to protein

This would explain why I was putting so many scoops of protein powder in my shake to make up for my banana and strawberries… whoops! :stuck_out_tongue:
