So as I couldn’t afford to keep it going right now, I let my TrainerRoad membership expire, something like the 3 days ago, and but Zwift is still showing things as scheduled from TrainerRoad. I can’t access the TrainerRoad calendar, and I don’t want to un-sync them, as I hope to be able to come back sometime in the near future. I’d expect it not to keep sending workouts to Zwift when the membership has expired… that said, I didn’t actually try it, and see if it just keeps sending things even though it is expired.

As of this evening, it seems to have fallen off the Zwift calendar. Maybe it just was finishing the week it expired in, that is, expired Friday, but the calendar was already filled until the Sunday?
Yes You are correct. It sent workouts for the 7th and 8th and then stopped. So we are all good!
