I’m looking for some advice people! Today I have just completed Spanish needle-3. Definitely one of the hardest I’ve ever done! Tomorrow I will be using TR again, as opposed to outside due to storm conditions. What would be a good workout to follow Spanish needle? Looking for about 90 to 120 mins. I’m expecting my legs to be a bit numb tomorrow so guessing recovery/endurance.Anyone have any suggestions?
You can sort /filter workouts based on intensity and duration. Beech, Baxter, Andrews would all work. For me, I like more intensity changes to keep me focused. Take any of them and adjust the workout % up or down to suit how you feel.
