Workout that are improperly leveled?

I’ve noticed some workouts seem improperly leveled for instance, Seneca Rocks seems too hard for 2.0 sweetspot, Carson -3 seems too easy for 3.1 sweetspot etc.

List some workouts that you think the progression levels are wrong for.

Edit: I meant Seneca Rocks -1

Seneca Rocks has a PL of 3.8 Seneca Rocks -1 is a 2.0 but its at 80% so really a tempo workout
