Pfft. My whole week is reds and yellows! But look a couple of weeks ahead and there’s just a few yellows.

Why? Because I haven’t been training anything like my old volume for a while, so ramping up is going to feel hard and maybe I should do less than I want for a few weeks - but I don’t have to.

I’ve ignored the advice for a few days and executed okay. Sleeping well, no other taxing effort in my life. I’ll keep an eye on it, and take the advice if I am feeling it.

That said, my AIFtP prediction is ticking down 1W every four hours or so… 😭

I get that you’re frustrated, but this comes across as hostile rather than constructive. If you have specific issues with the update or suggestions for improvement, they’ll be much more likely to be heard if they’re expressed respectfully.

What part of the update?

Click on your next FTP detection in the calendar, then the pencil icon at bottom left, then toggle off.

This is good feedback! Thanks!

I’ll share this with the team. 👍

Good news. It already is optional. Just click on the value and turn it off.
