# Windows Desktop App won't download

The podcast talks a lot about the new desktop app, but I have been trying to download it since July. I’ve used both Chrome and the Microsoft browsers and it freezes at like 30% every time.

Did anyone else have this issue? Any work arounds?

I have not. I guess that will be my next step. I just didn’t know if there was a quick, known work around such as “the link has actually moved” or something. I’ll try them next.
