I found this a really great explanation of Calories and how they influence diet. I think this might be right up Coach Chad’s street and seems to back up what is preached on the podcast.

This should be basic knowledge to everyone, but unfortunately marketing and the temptation of magic pills bring us to today’s reality.

And there’s many other considerations, eg gut biome, hormones.
