I found this a really great explanation of Calories and how they influence diet. I think this might be right up Coach Chad’s street :wink: and seems to back up what is preached on the podcast.

A bit long but very well explained.

This should be basic knowledge to everyone, but unfortunately marketing and the temptation of magic pills bring us to today’s reality.

Still watching, but I think Barry Groves made this point many years ago (and probably others before), For a much shorter version of this material: Barry Groves - Why You Can't Count Calories - YouTube

And there’s many other considerations, eg gut biome, hormones.
