# Why am I stupid?! : ) - Hydro bladder in 2L, narrow top tube bag for high vol. aero sipping?

A trick I use for hydro packs when they get low or “stuck” as mentioned is to actually blow into them and force air to inflate the bladder. This can re-open those stuck conditions and help get clean flow again.

It is good to minimize air when filling initially, but doing so can lead to these issues that prevent full use of the fluids.

Good to know about the bladder collapse too & thanks for the tip @mcneese.chad, should I go this route.
