I have Kaweah Queen scheduled for tomorrow. In reading the description it says ridders will spend 1-2 min standing at at time. The workout doesn’t have instructions built in. Is there a particular place in the interval that would be more appropriate to stand?
There’s no real magic there, so it is possible to do anything you want.
If it were me, I’d do an alternated approach through each set.
- Stand on the 1 min segs 1st set.
- Stand on the 2 min segs 2nd set.
- Stand on the 2 & 1 min segs at the start and end of the 3rd.
- Riders choice mix on the last, perhaps informed by the first 3.
