I had Lamarck on the schedule today.
I was feeling pretty fatigued going into it as I did an extra 258 TSS on Sunday on top of my normal workload.
Anyway, I pretty much got through it, but it was a bit of a struggle at times.
I feel that by completing the workout as scheduled I probably did more good than harm, but I got to wondering - how to judge when enough is enough and to pull the plug on a workout?
