I am in my final week of the century plan and I want to substitute a workout for a 3-4 hour endurance ride. I don’t see that option in the “week tips” but I have gained enough fitness to enjoy long endurance rides. I would like to know which workout I can skip to just enjoy riding my bike?
If you are on a mid or high volume plan. The Sunday sweet spot is the typical one to swap.
OOps. Forgot to mention that I am on a low volume plan but I ride more than 15 hours per week.
Well, you are in a taper week, and if you want to sub a long ride, you should swap out the long one on Saturday (Boarstone).
