What Workout should replace my Ramp Test?

I did my Ramp Test a week ago, but starting the plan this week. don’t think there is any point to do a Ramp Test today since my FTP most likely hasn’t changed. Any Suggestions on what to workout can replace the Ramp Test?

i always just do the next weeks Tuesday workout. i know its boring doing it 2 weeks in a row but sometimes i find a -1 version other times. i turn it down a few %'s. or i just do the same workout 2 weeks in a row
