VO2 max block - week 3, consecutive day 4
I’ve been sleeping badly - probably high cortisol from the harder than usual work, Covid anxiety and job interview, so was going to finish the week with all Z2, but as lunchtime approached I thought I might as well bury myself before recovery week!
TR support got me working on the laptop again, so a final hard start day to make a 0.95IF workout even harder. Super painful, quit the hard starts with 2 intervals left just to try and hang on.
I’ve got a massive sausage roll to eat now and a 8% DIPA in the fridge for later, which was my motivation
